IBS was established to offer training to both church ministers and leaders to equip them with the knowledge and skills necessary for ministry. The Institute collaborates with LBTS (Landmark Baptist Theological Seminary) to offer accredited theological programs and also follows the New Covenant persuasion. Well-trained ministers provide needed training.
