Besides his leading role of empowering African church leaders at the Nairobi International School of Theology, Dr. Sammy Gitaari has continued to engage his skill and gift by bringing leadership empowerment conferences to (church) leaders in their locations, or other planned spaces.

Without vision, people perish and without people, visions perish. But also without leadership, visions perish! This is a vicious circle that comes to remind us that skilled leaders are needed for effective church growth and evangelism.

Leadership will destroy any person that is not ready for it!
